We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Paul Seidler, Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, will chair the Drug Discovery session at InnoPharm-2025, taking place from November 3–5, 2025, in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Seidler is a rising leader in pharmaceutical sciences, specializing in structural biology and neurodegenerative drug discovery. At the Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy, USC, his research centers on developing novel therapeutics targeting tau protein aggregation—a key driver in Alzheimer’s disease—and advancing strategies to overcome the blood–brain barrier (BBB) for improved CNS drug delivery.
He leads a multidisciplinary lab that combines cryo-EM, MicroED, and X-ray crystallography to develop both natural and synthetic tau inhibitors, with support from the BrightFocus Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation.
With over 2,000 citations and multiple awards for early-career innovation, Dr. Seidler brings both academic rigor and translational insight to the forefront of drug development.
